Service Request & Payment Policy - Allbrands Refrigeration

To schedule a service call, please complete and submit the required form. All services, including warranty calls, require a valid credit card on file before dispatching a technician. We aim to respond and arrange service within 24-48 hours and will strive to meet your scheduling preferences; however, appointment dates and times may be subject to change.

 Terms of Service

We appreciate your interest in Allbrands Refrigeration. Please review the following terms and provide the required details to confirm your understanding and agreement.

Credit Card Requirement

All customers, including those requesting warranty service, must have a valid credit card on file prior to dispatch.

2024 Labor Rates

	•	Standard Service Call:  (includes travel and up to one hour of initial on-site labor)
	•	Regular Service Labor:  per hour (billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour)
	•	After-Hours & Emergency Rates:  per hour (billed from the time technician travels to the site, including return)
	•	After-Hours Opening Fee:  (applicable for service before 7:00 am, after 4:30 pm, or on weekends, plus after-hours rates)

Explanation of Charges

	•	Service Call Fee: A flat rate applied per service request, covering travel and initial diagnosis.
	•	Regular Service Rates: Weekdays, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm. Billed hourly after the first hour.
	•	After-Hours Service: Any service outside regular hours, billed “portal-to-portal.”
	•	Holiday Rates: Double time.
	•	Emergency Rates: Applies to any same-day request with approval for emergency service.
	•	Additional Fees: May include parking, ferry, freight, and handling costs.

Warranty & Payment Policy

	•	Manufacturer Warranty Service: Allbrands Refrigeration will invoice the manufacturer for warranty-covered repairs; however, non-covered services are the customer’s responsibility. Warranty coverage details should be confirmed directly with the manufacturer.
	•	Payment Due at Completion: Payment is due immediately upon job completion. We accept credit cards, and arrangements can be made to pay via cash or check.
	•	Deposits: A 50% deposit is required for repairs over $1,000 or for all ordered parts.

Limited-Service Warranty

Allbrands Refrigeration provides a 30-day warranty on parts and labor for any parts replaced or serviced, excluding misuse, natural disasters, and user negligence. Warranty service is available during regular business hours only.

Payment Terms & Late Fees

	•	Payment Terms: Payments are due upon job completion unless other terms are granted. A valid credit card must be on file.
	•	Late Fees: Failure to provide payment within five days incurs a $50 fee, with escalating fees at 10 and 15 days. Invoices unpaid after 30 days may be referred to collections with an added 30% fee.
